🐾 Our Services

Mighty Scoopers provides pet waste removal services to residential and commercial customers in Woodstock, GA and surrounding areas. Service options include weekly, bi-weekly, twice-weekly, one-time cleanups, and special event services.

All services are performed by trained Mighty Scoopers technicians who follow a grid-based cleaning system and sanitize tools between each visit.


📅 Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to their property on the scheduled service day. Please:

  • Leave gates unlocked (unless otherwise arranged)

  • Ensure any pets on the property are friendly or kept indoors during the service window

If we cannot access your property or are unable to perform the service due to safety concerns, you may still be charged for the visit.


💵 Payment & Billing

We offer monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual payment plans. Invoices are typically sent 7 days before your scheduled service. Your appointment is secured once payment is received.

Late or missed payments may result in paused service until payment is resolved.


🧹 Waste Disposal

Unless otherwise arranged, we haul away the pet waste we collect. Customers may request a discount if they prefer waste to be placed in their own bin.


✅ Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to make it right—no extra charge.


🚫 Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments due to locked gates or inaccessible yards may still be billed.


🐶 Pet Safety

We love dogs and take every precaution to ensure their safety. However, customers are responsible for ensuring pets do not interfere with the service or pose a risk to our technicians.
